Aroma - "Light oak, crisp green apples, light floral and pastry notes on the aroma."

Flavour - "The palate displayed incredible notes of burnt and charred oak, hints of well baked pastries and quality apple pie, professionally baked within a French bakery, along with some toast and a mind that could take you to nutty characters, finishing with minerals and white floral."

Tasted at Champagne Route in London, during a 50+ year vintage Champagne tasting hosted by Christopher Walkey - Champagne Collectors.
