Amazing taste and deep golden colour with beads of very fine bubbles. An amazing tasting with top Champagne journalists in Chelsea, London 2016 alongside respected author, Michael Edwards. Ruinart’s Chef de Caves Frédéric Panaïotis was our host. Brioche, creamy, shortbread biscuits, hints of lemon zest on the nose. Intense flavours showing dried yellow stone fruits, citrus, croissant, toast. Great length.
