A serious wine, with a lox of complexity, with an incredible display of bold and lavished golden honey and baked caramel, minerals, aged yellow stone fruits, prunes, raisins, toast, pastry and much more.

Having once enjoyed this Champagne at their Champagne House on Avenue de Champagne with Gilles de la Bassetiere, although that experience can't be beat, the Champagne has continued to improve in the bottle.
