Review: Henri Goutorbe - Cuvée Millesime Grand Cru Brut - 2013

Submitted: 22nd April 2024

Enjoyed at the winery in Ay.

Still very bright and young with much aging potential to increase flavour and aroma qualities.

Aromas show a freshly pastry / bread character with both yellow fruits and a touch of red berry.

Flavours are crisp with good acidity. Takes time to open up in the glass with citrus, floral, soft oak/bread.

A wine that is fine for today and better for tomorrow.
