Tasted the magnum during a sit down dinner at the Ritz, London so certainly the superior taste from the larger bottle size and superb surroundings added to the overall tasting experience. A fine example of a vintage Champagne, toasty notes, fresh and crisp yet smooth, fine bubbles. Nose: Lightly toasted bread, apricot skin, citrus, white floral. Mouth: Toasty, yellow stone fruits, lemon candy, white floral, touch of white pepper.
