I have opened this Champagne 2016 for special anniversary Celebration, I got chance to tasted it, WOW what a great Divine Champagne, it was peak Maturity, even though after 30 years freshness and bubble was alive, first sip wasn’t great, it was served in flute glass as per guest requested then I advise change to Proper champagne glass, it was miracle when champagne opened up guest were so amazed, creaminess, over ripe yellow fruit, hint of lees and nuttiness, palate with great concentration and length.
