Tasted at the One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai

The Dom Pérignon P2 2004 vintage was a champagne I eagerly anticipated trying. When I first tasted it, its appearance was a golden hue. In the nose, remarkably and wonderfully, I sensed a distinction from the regular series with a forefront of fruity sweetness, accompanied by notes of brioche, butter, and toasted bread. As I tasted it further, the palate was incredibly vibrant, providing me with an unforgettable moment, especially with the lingering sensation of brioche.
