The Cristal 2013 was “closed” at the beginning and opened up completely after around 20 minutes. On the palate it was powerful and complex, seamless, intense but not heavy, gentle and medium to full-bodied. Elegant and juicy. Fresh with predominant chalky notes, among others. Its long and penetrating finish was pleasantly saline.
