This is an extraordinary Pinot Noir Champagne, with levels of complexity unlike others. As well as complex fruit flavours from ripe citrus through to strawberry and raspberry, there is a honeyed mineral backbone and a a real sense of the specific steep vineyard . The intriguing complexity of this wine has made it one of my favourites, it never ceases to surprise and delight.
