The 2006 is a fine vintage Champagne for those looking for the yeast, biscuit and brioche tasting notes. Alive with fairly fine bubbles. Light golden colour. Offering brioche and caramel on the nose with added, delicate yellow fruits. Flavours are much of the same, plenty of yellow fruits including dried peach / apricot along with brioche, citrus and floral. All the wonderful splendours one could want from a vintage Champagne IMHO!
